Welcome to Sparkle Up. By using this website, booking services, or participating in experiences, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

Sparkle Up offers leadership coaching, curated group experiences, community gatherings, and related content intended for personal growth, connection, and inspiration.

All services, offerings, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

2. Bookings & Payments

Payment may be required to reserve coaching sessions, workshops, events, or experiences.

By booking a service, you agree to provide accurate payment and contact information.

Sparkle Up reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings at its discretion.

3. Cancellation Policy

Coaching Sessions

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be non-refundable.

Group Experiences & Events

Because experiences are planned in advance and may involve reservations with partner businesses, tickets and deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

If Sparkle Up cancels an event, participants will receive either:

  • a full refund, or

  • the option to transfer to a future experience.

4. Participation & Personal Responsibility

By participating in any Sparkle Up experience, you acknowledge that:

  • participation is voluntary,

  • you are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and personal wellbeing,

  • you will act respectfully toward other participants, venues, and facilitators.

Sparkle Up reserves the right to remove participants whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful.

5. Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

Some experiences may include food or beverages provided by third-party restaurants, cafes, or vendors.

While dietary preferences and allergy information may be communicated when possible, Sparkle Up cannot guarantee allergen-free environments and is not responsible for reactions caused by food prepared by third parties.

Participants are responsible for communicating dietary restrictions directly and making decisions appropriate for their own health needs.

6. Assumption of Risk

Participation in in-person experiences may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to travel, physical movement, dining, public interaction, or unforeseen circumstances.

By participating, you voluntarily assume these risks.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, written materials, graphics, logos, photos, videos, and experience concepts are the property of Sparkle Up unless otherwise credited.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

8. Photos & Social Media

Sparkle Up may capture photos or videos during experiences for promotional and social media purposes.

By attending public experiences, you grant permission for your likeness to be used unless you request otherwise in writing before the event.

9. Coaching Disclaimer

Leadership coaching is intended for educational, reflective, and personal development purposes only.

Sparkle Up does not provide therapy, medical advice, legal advice, or financial advice.

10. Third-Party Businesses

Sparkle Up may collaborate with restaurants, cafes, wellness spaces, or other businesses.

Sparkle Up is not responsible for the actions, services, products, policies, or experiences provided by third-party businesses.

11. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, or use the site for unlawful purposes.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sparkle Up shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in services, events, or website use.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii.
